About us

Mirabilia association was established in 2012 by four mothers raising kids with disabilities. It started off as a support network for families struggling with the realities of life with disability, and evolved into an association, with the purpose to help people with disabilities live dignified and fulfilling lives.

“Mirabilia” in Latin means miracles. And miracles are in the heart of the beholder, exactly where you choose to see them. The members of Mirabilia association believe in the power of perspective—choosing to see and create miracles in everyday life. Together, we advocate, support, and celebrate resilience and inclusion of young adults with disabilities.
